■届いた商品が不良品だった場合■
万一「不良品」が到着した場合、至急、交換・返品対応をさせて頂きます。

ご返送にかかる送料は弊社にて負担致します。
検品の結果、不良がない場合はお客様に商品をご返送致します。
また、以下の場合は交換・返品はお受け致しかねます。
・使用済みあるいは洗濯後の商品
・お客様のもとで汚れ、キズが生じた商品
・ご返送時の商品状態がお届け時と大きく異なっていた場合

特に指定はございません。
引き渡し時期
日時指定がない場合、ご注文確認後、7日以内を基本としています。
配送日時の指定があるお客様は別途メールにてお知らせください。

返品期限
■商品の返品や交換について■
商品の返品や交換は、「商品に不良箇所がある」「ご注文内容と異なる」場合のみ対応させて頂きます。
「イメージと違う」「注文を間違えた」等、お客様都合での返品や交換はお受けいたしかねます。
※ 商品のサイズの誤差による交換はお電話にてご相談ください。
但し、交換のサイズがある商品のみとさせて頂き、返品・発送の送料はお客様ご負担とさせて頂きます。
■クーリングオフ制度について■
「クーリングオフ」は、訪問販売に適用される制度で、通信販売にはクーリングオフの適用は義務付けられておりません。
当インターネット通販は、お客様からアクセスを頂く通信販売の為、クーリングオフ制度は適用されません。あらかじめご了承ください。
返品送料
初期不良、発送商品間違い等の場合、往復送料は当店負担にて対応させて頂きます。（当店への返送時は送料着払いでの発送をお願い致します。）
本規約は日本語ににて解釈かつ締結され、本規約に添付された英語の翻訳は、あくまで参照のため添付されたものであり、英語の翻訳はいかなる効力も有しない。

In the event that the product you receive is defective, we will replace or return it to you as soon as possible.

We accept returns and exchanges only if the product is defective or different from what you ordered.

If you wish to exchange an item due to a size error, please contact us by phone.
However, we will only accept exchanges for items that are available in the size you ordered, and the customer will be responsible for the return and shipping costs.
About the "cooling-off" system
Cooling-off" is a system applicable to door-to-door sales, and is not obligatory for mail-order sales.
Since our Internet shopping service is a mail order service that is accessed by customers, the cooling-off system does not apply. Please understand this in advance.
Return shipping charges
In case of initial defects or wrongly shipped items, we will bear the return shipping costs. (When returning an item to our store, please send the return postage collect.)
